My work is so focused on training and uplifting others that I don't always get to share my story. A huge part of my story is all that I have had to overcome. We all have things we have overcome that have made us stronger, wiser and ready to handle the next challenge that presented itself throughout our lives.

But, that is not always the case.

Everyone does not have the ability to easily overcome and far-too-many people get caught up in life's undertow and cannot find their way back to wholeness and build a positive and productive life.

I did this show because my guest, Tonya, has overcome things most people would not imagine in their worst nightmares. We share parts of our journey so viewers can tap into their own resilience, hope and ability to steer through life's ups and downs.

You can view Episode 9 - How to Overcome and get some strength, inspiration and techniques to always prevail over life's challenges. While I can't remove the challenges for you (I would if I could), I can provide some ways to help you through so you always land on your feet.
