Shanshera Quinn
Shanshera has overcome childhood poverty, deep inadequacy, and is a breast cancer survivor. When she was 11 years old, she decided to work hard to overcome her circumstances and change the trajectory of her life and be a catalyst for change for her family.
She is the Founder of Shanshera International LLC, is a Counseling Administrator, and a lifestyle and success strategist who specializes in helping trailblazing women accomplish their BIG goals, and launch their BIG ideas and build the life of their dreams - all while doing it their own way.
She is a wife, mother of a son and daughter and a grandmother of two vivacious grands.

Ericka D. James
Ericka overcame years of bullying and abandonment issues at a young age. She decided to help others feel good about themselves so they never felt the way she did. By the age of 18, she started her first speaking and training business. She thought she was on track to living her dreams by her mid-twenties.
Then, she became a single mother and found herself overwhelmed, struggling in every way, and going through depression. She almost gave up on her dreams.
She tapped into the remaining "fight" inside, did the inner work to understand who she was created to be and started building her dreams. She has since led thousands of people to understand who they were created to be and do the impossible in their lives.
She is the CEO of The Convergence Center, a world-class training and content development company, author of six books, creator of more than 100 trainings, 3 online learning centers and she is just getting started. Her and her husband have four children (her daughter and three bonus children).
