She has created more than 120 training courses, written six books, two certifications, three membership programs and has written many eBooks. This is the first year Ericka has ever keynoted this conference. She is standing in for Nikita Morgan, the original Keynote Speaker and long-time Alliance member who lost her battle with cancer in August, and hopes to make her legacy proud.
